Usage Restrictions & Prohibited Content
- 1. Prohibition of content that is immoral, obscene, or violates public order and decency.
- 2. Strict prohibition of intellectual property infringement (Copyright, Trademarks, Patents).
- 3. No hosting of cracked software, Warez files, or links to pirated content.
- 4. Prohibition of activities related to online gambling, narcotics, or illegal weapons.
- 5. Zero-tolerance policy for Unsolicited Bulk Email (SPAM). Service will be terminated immediately upon detection.
Network & System Integrity
- 6. Prohibition of hacking, unauthorized system access, or port scanning.
- 7. Prohibition of initiating or participating in DDoS attacks.
- 8. No IRC bots, unauthorized Proxy scripts, or VPN tunnels without prior agreement.
- 9. Cryptocurrency mining is strictly forbidden to preserve hardware longevity and shared resources.
Resource & Account Management
- 10. Hosting accounts are for websites only; they may not be used as personal storage or file-sharing platforms.
- 11. CPU and RAM usage must not exceed assigned package limits to avoid impacting other users.
- 12. Databases must be optimized. Long-running or complex queries that slow down the cluster are prohibited.
- 13. Scripts consuming high resources for more than 90 seconds will be throttled or terminated.
- 14. Maximum Inode limits must be observed according to your service plan.
- 15. Users are solely responsible for account security. Lost or stolen credentials must be reported immediately.
IC Guardian Managed Hosting — Service Level
- 15a. Target Response Time: For IC Guardian Business plan and above, our engineering team targets a response within 15 minutes for Emergency incidents (server down, security breach) — available 24/7. For General requests (configuration, advice, non-critical issues), response is targeted within normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00 ICT).
- 15b. Response Channels: Emergency contact via LINE and phone call. General requests via support ticket or email. Response times are targets, not contractual guarantees, unless otherwise specified in a signed Service Agreement.
- 15c. Recovery Confirmation: For any data restore or recovery action, ic-myhost requires written confirmation (email) from the registered account Owner before proceeding. Restore time varies depending on data volume.
- 15d. Uptime SLA: IC Guardian plans include a 99.9% monthly uptime commitment for the managed hosting environment, excluding scheduled maintenance and force majeure events.
- 15e. Singapore Standby + Recovery: Available as an add-on for Core, Business and Professional plans. The Singapore standby infrastructure operates 24/7. Recovery initiation begins after Owner email confirmation is received.
Billing & Legal Compliance
- 16. Payments must be settled by the due date. Suspension occurs automatically after the grace period.
- 17. Data will be permanently deleted for accounts with significant payment arrears.
- 18. Fees for Domain registration and Dedicated Servers are non-refundable once processed.
- 19. ic-myhost guarantees 99.9% Network Uptime at CAT-IDC infrastructure.
- 20. Disclaimer of liability for data loss due to "Acts of God" or force majeure; however, we provide automated backups for disaster recovery.
- 21. Users must strictly comply with the Thai Computer Crime Act and related digital economy laws.
- 22. ic-myhost reserves the right to amend these terms with prior notice via official channels.
- 23. Providing false registration data is grounds for immediate service cancellation.
- 24. Any action damaging the reputation of ic-myhost or Ideal Creation Center Co., Ltd. will lead to legal action to the fullest extent of the law.
