- Failure to settle payments by the due date may result in automatic service suspension. ic-myhost reserves the right to permanently delete data from unpaid accounts after the grace period expires.

- Dedicated & Cloud Servers: Non-refundable once provisioned, due to specific hardware and resource allocation.
- Domain Names: Fees are non-refundable as they are registered instantly with global registries for a fixed term.
