- Full Ownership: Clients retain 100% legal ownership of their registered domains. ic-myhost acts strictly as a facilitator and registrar partner.
- Registrant Integrity: Accurate and verifiable contact information is required for all registrations to safeguard your legal claim to the domain identity.
- Privacy & PDPA: We implement Whois privacy standards in accordance with Thailand’s PDPA to protect your personal data from public exposure and unsolicited contact.
2. Domain Lifecycle & Renewals
- Renewal Duty: The responsibility for monitoring expiration dates and settling renewal fees lies solely with the client to prevent loss of service.
- Automated Alerts: As a service courtesy, we provide email notifications 30, 15, and 7 days prior to domain expiration.
- Redemption Recovery: Should a domain enter the "Redemption Grace Period," the client is responsible for any high-level recovery fees imposed by central registries.
3. Transfers & Security Measures
- Domain Portability: Outbound transfers are permitted after a 60-day mandatory holding period, provided all accounts are in good standing.
- Hijacking Prevention: Significant changes to ownership or registrant data require formal identity verification to ensure your digital assets remain secure.
4. Financial Terms & Usage Standards
- Non-Refundable Terms: Fees for registration and renewal are non-refundable as they are instantly remitted to global governing registries.
- Usage Policy: Domains may not be used for illegal activities, intellectual property infringement, or content that violates public order and decency.
