Procedure to use web base mail

1. Enter your email@domainname.com and password to login

2. Menu for control

When you send mail already, your mail will be in send items. If you send a lot of mails, your mail box will full. So, you have to delete your data in send item too. Then when you deleted your mail, it will be in deleted items. But it waste of space in mail box so that you must to delete Items too.

3. Option (you can change or edit to setup)

4. Choose Login (for change your password)

> Current Password
> New Password
> Confirm New Password
> click Update

5. Select Redirection (if you want to specify another email account where your messages should be forwarded to.)

> Redirect mail to : add email account
> Keep a copy in mailbox : if you want to copy email at inbox
> click Update

6. Select Auto Response (if you want to specify and enable/disable a message that is automatically returned to those sending message to this mail box.

7. Select Settings (if you want to set generic options for your web mail client.)

Friendly Name : add name to show in email
Default address : current email
Select Auto Signature Enabled : for using signature, add name and text
