Because the electric power to feed for some CAT-IDC Customer Rack had restart abount 2 seconds on May 21, 2011.
CAT staff have checked and found that the devices caused by UPS decreased performance.

So that CAT-IDC must expeditiously resolved and prevent this event happen in the further .
CAT-IDC will add new UPS and improve for better performance.
Implementing the CAT-IDC Application of fire power
on the night of Monday, June 6, 54 at 24:00 - 02:00 for 2 hours for following IPs;
