Microsoft Outlook Configuration - 365
MS Outlook 365 program is inside Ms Office xp up.
Once Microsoft 365 is installed, open the Outlook program and follow these steps to set up your account:
1. Enter your email address, e.g., name@yourdomain.com. Under **Advanced options**, click the down arrow and check the box for **Let me set up my account manually**, then click **Connect**, as shown in the image below.
2. Select **POP** as shown in the image.
3. Wait for a moment.
4. If you see a warning, as shown in the image, select **Change Account Settings**.
5. Enter the following POP settings:
**Incoming mail**
Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 110
**Outgoing mail**
Server: mail.yourdomain.com
Port: 25
**Encryption method**: None
Check the box for **Require logon using Secure Password Authentication (SPA)**, then click **Next** as shown in the image.
6. Enter your password.
7. If you see an **Internet Security Warning**, click **Yes**.
8. Your account has been successfully added.
9. Wait for Outlook to sync all emails from the server to your computer. Once completed, you can use your email as desired.
